Head Coach:
Sgt. James Ade
Former Assistant Head Coach at
Hales Franciscan H.S. and currently the
sophomore Defensive Coordinator at Brother Rice
High School. Jim has been the Enforcers only
head coach since our inception and is also
credited with being part of the group that
formed the team. Sgt. Ade is assigned to the
Court Section as well as serving on the board
for the PBPA.
Off Asst:
P.O. John O’Connor
Currently an Assistant Coach at
Mount Carmel High School, John enters his second
season on the Enforcers staff after
participating as a player in the team’s
inaugural season. John is a member of the 009th
District Tact Team.

P.O. Greg Zaragoza
Former the Head Coach at St.
Francis de Sales and currently a varsity
assistant coach for Brother Rice High School.
Greg enters his third season on the Enforcer’s
staff and will fill the role as the offensive
coordinator. He serves on the administrative
staff for the Bureau of Patrol.
Line:
Sgt. Tim Kusinski
Tim has coached both at the youth
level as well as St. Patrick High School. Tim
will work with the Offensive
and Defensive Lines as he also
enters his third season with the Enforcers.
Tim is a Sergeant in the Area
3 Detective Division as well as
handling the Marketing for the club.
Secondary:
Shaun Gayle
The former Chicago Bears and Ohio
State University standout will enter his second
season with the
Enforcers as a Secondary and
Defensive scheme assistant. Shaun has elected to
serve on our board of directors
and will volunteer his time as a non sworn
member of our staff.
O-Line:
Kevin Bulger
Kevin, even though not a sworn
member of the Chicago Police Department, has
made a commitment to
working with the Offensive Line.
Kevin is currently an Assistant Coach at Brother
Rice High School. Kevin
owns and operates a
communications business and also enters his
third season of our staff
D-Line:
Victor Marin
Victor will join the staff as our
defensive line coach in a non-sworn capacity. He
currently works as an
assistant varsity coach at St.
Francis de Sales High school where he has
fillednumerous roles including
defensive coordinator. Vic played
his college ball at Aurora University.
Off. Asst.
Bob Stevens
Bob joins the staff in 2008 as
non-sworn volunteer. Bob’s father was a long
time member of the Chicago
Police Department and brings a
wealth of knowledge from serving stints as an
assistant coach both on the
collegiate level as well as in
the Arena League.
LBs:
P.O. George Moussa
This will mark George’s first
steps into the coaching ranks. George was a
member of the Enforcers team in it
first two seasons as a regular
starting inside linebacker. George played his
college ball in California and is
currently assigned to the 013th
District.

Joe Perfetti
Joe returns to the Enforcers
staff as the defensive coordinator after taking
a year off. Joe is an assistant
coach on the staff at Notre Dame
High School in Niles. He is a civilian member of
the Chicago Police
Department and manages the Field
Services Section.

Tony Flowers
Tony too, returns as a program
assistant for his third season. Tony fills
numerous roles and duties for the
program on both sides of the
ball. Tony works in the Area 1 Special Victims
Unit.
